TERMS & CONDITIONS :
1. CDC-PRIME is BY INVITATION ONLY, with MINOR APPLICANT TO PROVIDE ID AS DIRECTED BY CDC.
2. A CDC-PRIME has to abide by the rules and regulations as prescribed by CDC from time to time.
3. All CDC-PRIME applications are screened on the basis of this application form.
4. CDC trustees shall review the application and select an applicant after scrutiny of presented institutional & government ID as called for.
5. After getting selected a yearly Fee of INR 1000/- to be paid by Cheque/Draft/NEFT/RTGS. CDC account information will be provided along with the confirmation.
6. CDC trustees reserve the right to reject any application without citing any reason.
7. CDC-PRIME position is personal and non-transferable.
8. CDC-PRIMEs are required at the end of every year. They will have to carry the CDC identity card. To avail benefits and privileges, presentation of CDC identity card is mandatory.
9. A CDC-PRIME may be suspended or terminated for action harmful to the interests and image of CDC by CDC trustees. On termination, the CDC-PRIME card and certificate have to be returned to CDC.
10. CDC-PRIMEs will be expected to visit the CDC website to keep themselves informed of CDC activities.
11. Official communication will be done through SMS or Email or WhatsApp only.
12. CDC trustees reserve the right to change, extend, cancel or discontinue CDC-PRIME programme at any point of time without assigning any reason or prior notice. Any Disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata only.
